How do I figure out which AI services to offer a business in my niche?

Start with how the business gets clients. Ask the owner how customers find and contact them, and listen for key words: my website, my phone number, my Google profile, my social media, ads, emails or referrals. The entry point where contacts come in is where you add AI.

If customers call, offer an AI agent that answers the phone, a 24/7 answering service that picks up after hours and missed calls, lead qualification and appointment booking. Each new lead sends an email notification with the transcript and call summary, so the owner sees the value right away.

If customers find them on Google or Google Maps, offer reputation management and reviews, AI search ranking (AEO or AI SEO), and Google Business Profile optimization and posting.

If customers come through the website, offer a website redesign, content and blogging, a chat widget to capture leads, and your own lead capture form with a workflow that responds in real time instead of waiting on a receptionist. If they already run Google Ads or Facebook Ads, adding a chat widget to their site shows immediate value as new lead emails start arriving.

If they get social media messages, connect an AI agent to respond to comments and DMs, and offer automated social media management with AI doing the posting.

Sometimes the problem is less obvious, for example a personal injury firm where the AI calls clients every week to make sure they get their treatment, which preserves case value. The best way to find these is to ask the business about its most common problems with leads, customers, appointments and ads.
